AboutEdit

Autoscroll combines live instrumentation with chiptune hardware to reinvent classic video game soundtracks as rock and dance music with an 8-bit sound. As a side project of the psychedelic prog-rock group Cheap Dinosaurs, Autoscroll includes an audiovisual experience with a focus on celebrating popular and obscure retro VGM. Music from many game systems is represented in the group's set, including the Amiga, NES, Game Boy, Turbografx, Sega Genesis and Master System.

Autoscroll is a must-see for anyone who remembers decoder wheels as copy protection or writing down lengthy passwords by hand. Based out of Philadelphia, PA., the members of Autoscroll are all veterans of the 8-bit chipmusic scene: Animal Style, Chipocrite, an0va, and former members of Chromelodeon.
